When a newly commissioned SS Lieutenant witnesses the chemical disinfectant he's helped perfect being used to systematically murder interred Jews, he knows he must act. Cast: Armin Mueller-Stahl, Elisabeth Trissenaar, Wojciech Pszoniak, Gerd Baltus, Anita Hofer, Kathe Jaenicke, Hans Beerhenke, Isa Haller, Margit Carstensen. The only symphatic ear he finds is a young priest with ties to the Vatican. A wartime story that is both a character study and a mesmerizing cat and mouse game between a Polish Catholic farmer and a Jewish woman who has escaped a train bound for the Nazi death camps. The plot is quite unique (I do not believe I've ever seen another plot that resemble this).Lastly, the visuals is BREATHTAKING (I absolutely adore the ship design).
However as we already seen, everything on the ship reacts to them, the bartender, computer, information points, the waiters in the restaurants and so on.
The pacing was a little bit too fast at the end but not that noticeable.
